The volunteer ministers in Scientology get donations from people whenever there's a disaster that they go to. I donated, what was a large amount to me, one time. I also sat a booth in a mall for an evening, where, in four hours, donations amounted to a pair of socks and five dollars.

I have had this question in mind during and since that time that has so far gone unanswered. At some point in time, if it hasn't already happened, someone involved in Scientology will leave and their job while involved in Scientology will have been administering volunteer ministers. When that happens and someone like Leah Remini, Jeffrey Augustine, or Chris Shelton interviews them, I hope they ask what happens to the money donated to the volunteer ministers for disaster relief. The question I have been harboring all this time is this: Does Scientology take a percentage of the money donated to the volunteer ministers for disaster relief? I'm hoping the answer is no but let's just say I have a suspicious mind.
